Look out for others
Wait until people ahead are out of range. If your ball may strike someone, shout “Fore!” immediately. Stay clear of another player’s swing and avoid moving or talking during their shot.
Leave the course ready for the next group
Repair ball marks, smooth the sand after a bunker shot, and follow the course’s instructions for divots and cart traffic. Keep bags and carts away from restricted areas.
Be a considerate playing partner
Help look for a ball when appropriate, keep track of your own score, and respect other players’ concentration. Check local conduct policies before an organized event.
